Position is located in the beautiful Hartwell, GA (two hours northeast of Atlanta, GA)

Avita Community Partners is excited to announce a Mental Health Counselor opportunity in our Hartwell Center.

Job Description:
* Provides mental health services to adults, children and adolescents in an outpatient setting. Includes individual counseling, diagnostic assessments, group therapy, family counseling and some contact within the community.
* Will work in the community/county in locations such as homes, public schools, and courts.


Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Must hold a full license as a LPC, LCSW or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Qualifications:

Expereince working with children, adolescents and family with Substance Abuse needs.
Certification as a CAC-1 or CADC-1 in the State of Georgia.

Must have valid drivers license and no driver may have more than two chargeable accidents, moving violations or DUI's in a three year period with the seven year MVR report.
